A required core course in the IUPUI MLS program is SLIS 506, Introduction to Research. For the final project students proposed a research study on the topic of their choice. “My project is titled Information Professional’s Roles in a Post Truth Era.” The project included a detailed research study proposal, an abstract, and an academic conference poster detailing the project, as well as a narrated PowerPoint presentation.
